So you want to boil crawfish but don't know how? Don't worry! I have you covered. Below are the items you will need and a shopping list as well as my recipes.
Shopping List:
- Crawfish ( 3 - 5 lbs per person)
- Potatoes
- Corn
- Sausage
- Garlic
- Mustard
- Butter
- Cayenne
- Tabasco
- Morton Salt
- Pro Boil Tony
- Liquid Pro Boil
- Lemons
- Mushrooms
- Any other vegetable you want in the mix
DO NOT EVER CROP DUST CRAWFISH!!!!!! Do not cover the outside shells with powder or any kind of seasoning.
COONASS COCKTAIL SAUCE Mix all to taste
- Mayo
- Mustard
- Ketchup
- Tabasco
- Horse Radish
- Seasoning
- Worchester Sauce
